What is Flex & Flow Collective?
Flex & Flow Collective is a wellness brand that blends Pilates, yoga, and community-centered movement experiences. We host pop-up events, private sessions, and partnerships that promote mental and physical wellness through intentional movement.
I’m new to Pilates and yoga. Can I still attend?
Absolutely! Our sessions are designed for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, our instructors provide modifications and support to help you feel confident and strong throughout the experience.
Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?
For most pop-up events and mat-based sessions, we recommend bringing your own yoga or Pilates mat. Some props or equipment may be provided depending on the event and location, details will always be included in your confirmation email. Don’t have a mat? No worries, you can rent one on-site for $5.
How can I partner with Flex & Flow Collective?

What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session or ticket. Life happens, we get it, so reach out if you have an emergency or need help rescheduling.
Do you offer private sessions or corporate wellness classes?
Yes! We offer private one-on-one or small group sessions, as well as corporate wellness experiences for teams and organizations. Please contact us or visit the Partner With Us page for more details.
Are your events and classes women-only?
Nope! While we’re passionate about uplifting women and creating empowering spaces, our classes and events are open to all identities. Everyone is welcome here.
